Welcome to Vizava.pro. By accessing our artifacts engine, bunker encryption tools, or API ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, strictly disconnect immediately.

1. Nature of the Service

Vizava is a privacy-enhancing technology suite designed to provide client-side encryption, metadata obfuscation, and ephemeral data storage. You acknowledge that:

  • The Service is a tool, not a publisher or moderator.
  • Encryption is performed locally on your device. Vizava does not possess, store, or have access to your private keys or unencrypted payloads.
  • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

2. Acceptable Use & Prohibitions

While Vizava protects privacy, it must not be used to facilitate harm. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Conceal, store, or transmit Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We report all hash signatures matching CSAM to international authorities immediately.
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, botnet command-and-control codes, or any payload designed to damage digital infrastructure.
  • Engage in phishing, fraud, or the sale of illicit substances/firearms on darknet markets.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service via DDoS or API flooding.

Violation Policy: Due to the anonymous nature of the system, we cannot ban "accounts." Instead, we employ heuristic analysis of encrypted payloads. If a payload's metadata footprint suggests automated abuse, we reserve the right to null-route the connection or burn the data immediately.

3. The "Bunker" Protocol & Data Loss

The "Bunker" feature is an ephemeral dead-drop. You understand and accept that:

  • No Recovery: If you lose your decryption key or the unique URL, the data is mathematically unrecoverable. We cannot help you.
  • The Janitor: Our server automatically purges (hard deletes) secrets after 10 minutes or upon first read. This process is irreversible.
  • Liability: Vizava is not responsible for any data loss resulting from the "Burn Immediately" feature, network failure, or user error.

4. Disclaimer of Liability (The "Safe Harbor")

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vizava.pro, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.
  • Third-Party Actions: We are not liable for the content you choose to encrypt. You bear full legal responsibility for the custody of your data.

By using Vizava, you indemnify and hold harmless the operators from any legal claims arising from your specific use of the obfuscation tools.

5. Law Enforcement & Compliance

Vizava operates under a Zero-Knowledge architecture. We cannot provide user data because we do not have it. However:

If compelled by a valid court order, we will provide the only information we possess: server access logs (IP addresses and timestamps), provided they have not yet been rotated out of our 24-hour retention cycle.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Service for any reason, including but not limited to high-volume traffic that degrades service quality for others, without notice.
